BOOKING POLICY
In order to secure your appointment we require a $100 booking deposit for treatments up to an hour or $150 for appointments longer than an hour and a half. This deposit will stay secured on your file and can be redeemed at the time of your appointment. If you are a regular client, this deposit can simply stay on your file as a security measure for all ongoing appointments. Deposits are non redeemable or refundable in the instance of a 48 hour last minute cancellation or no show. This is to cover the time lost from holding your appointment. Last minute cancellations and no shows significantly impact a business and is not viable to absorb this ongoing loss.
An email reminder is sent out 5 days prior to your booking and a confirmation text is then sent out 3 days prior to allow more than enough notice if changes need to be made. If you know you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know in advance rather than waiting until your confirmation text so we can offer your time to someone on our waiting list. Upon receiving your reminder text please respond back Y to confirm or N to cancel within 48 hours of receiving the reminder.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
If it is your first time having a skin treatment we request your arrival 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow completion of your consultation form.
WHAT IF I AM LATE
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment but will continue to incur the full treatment charge. This is only applied if there is a client booked in directly after you. It is a courtesy to all our clientele that all treatments are completed as scheduled.
ONLINE BOOKINGS* - In this instance of a last minute cancellation or no-show to your appointment that was made via an online booking, this fee will need to be paid separately. If payment is not made, your full payment will be forfeited.
CHILDREN
We love children however due to Occupational Health & Safety and limited space we advise not to bring them.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via Cash, Eftpos or Zippay
GIFT VOUCHERS* - In the instance of a last minute cancellation or no-show to your appointment whereby you are using a Gift Voucher, the voucher is forfeited.
PREPAID PACKAGES* - if you have prepaid for a treatment package and cancel within 48 hours or are a no show, a cancellation fee will need to be paid. If payment cannot be made it will result in a forfeit of your prepaid treatment.
Note: Packages have a 12 month expiry and cannot be shared or transferred to a friend or family member. They are also non-refundable.
Please Note: If we don’t hear from you 2 days prior to your appointment, you will receive a courtesy call to confirm your appointment.
If our clinic booking policy is not suitable, we advise not going ahead with making a booking.
